Sounds great! What will I be doing? 🔎

Our Research and Development team is responsible for originating new ideas for tombola to explore and develop into exciting new bingo and casino games for our players to enjoy.

Investing resources into game development needs good quality information to reduce the risk a poor return on investment, and make better long term strategic decisions in game selection, which is where this role fits in. You will use a variety of information (which you’ll help shape) to help identify and evaluate potential opportunities.

Once opportunities are identified you will work with other stakeholders to validate them for further investigation and development.

Key responsibilities

Research: The core part of the role is understanding the gambling industry, from the micro to the macro, surfacing opportunities for investigation. Evaluation: Once an opportunity has been identified it needs to be validated by a wider group of managers and peers. You’ll work closely with Game Concept Designers to passover your research for further exploration and development. Tools, techniques frameworks: This is a new role and we’re looking for someone who can shape what the tools, techniques and frameworks are that we use to identify new opportunities so there is great scope to shape research as a function within the game studio. Stake holder management: This is a key role in the game studio and will require working with all levels and a variety of other specialist roles so it’s important that you can work as part of cross functional teams and can clearly and concisely articulate your work for a variety of audiences.
