We’re looking for a Junior Web Developer to join our team! You’ll work closely with our developers and designers to bring creative concepts to life. This is a hands-on role where you’ll contribute to real projects, build your technical skills, and gain valuable experience in a supportive, collaborative environment.
Our internal tech stack includes Next.js, Tailwind CSS, Node.js, and MongoDB—tools that allow us to create dynamic, responsive web experiences with streamlined workflows.
Collaborate with designers and developers to build and maintain websites and web applications. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code (primarily HTML, JavaScript/React, and CSS/Tailwind). Create and manage API endpoints for data-driven functionality and integrate them with front-end components. Develop, update, and maintain websites using WordPress, including themes and plugins. Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure optimal performance and user experience. Conduct browser and device testing to ensure cross-platform compatibility. Ensure websites are responsive, accessible, and optimized for various devices and browsers. Assist with hosting setup, domain management, and website deployment to production environments.

Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript with project experience. Practical experience using React, including components, state, and props. Basic knowledge of WordPress development, including themes and plugins. Strong attention to detail with work that’s accurate to the designs. Good understanding of responsive design for great user experiences on all devices. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to tackle technical challenges. Effective communicator and a strong team player.
Experience with hosting platforms, website deployment, and domain management. Experience working with RESTful APIs and writing API endpoints. Familiarity with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) or other database technologies. Knowledge of advanced JavaScript/React frameworks like Next.js or CSS frameworks like Tailwind. Familiarity with version control tools like Git. Understanding of accessibility and web performance optimization.
