Delivered in collaboration with The North of Tyne Combined Authority and Sunderland Software City, Tech Talent Ready offers a range of fully funded skills programmes.

Aimed to help you break into the North East tech industry, it’s the perfect way to gain skills, develop knowledge and build your network.

With a growing list of work experience opportunities and bootcamps, there a range of opportunities for all levels.

Frequently Asked Questions

I am currently on Universal Credit. Will attending a course affect my payments?

No, it won’t. Attending a training course will not affect your benefits. If you experience any difficulties, we are happy to liaise with your work coach at DWP.

How many courses can I enrol on?

Tech Talent Ready is funded by the Department of Education and they can fund you to take part in one Tech Talent Ready per financial year.

I do not have access to a laptop – can you help with this?

Yes we can. We have a number of donated recycled laptops that we can give you to help you start your career in the Tech Sector.

Eligibility includes:

• Be over the age of 19 • Have lived in the UK for at least 3 years (you do not need to live in a catchment area to take part)
