Are you an experienced Account Manager with in-depth knowledge of digital marketing who enjoys working with B2C and B2B clients across a variety of sectors? We could have the opportunity for you!

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop their career and develop our clients’ businesses by utilising their knowledge of the digital landscape and the industries in which our clients operate.

The Role

You'll be responsible for:

  • The successful management of clients in line with the Mediaworks experience, standards, and quality.
  • Managing the delivery of a wide range of marketing campaigns from single channel to fully integrated multi-channel campaigns for clients across various sectors including retail, finance, healthcare, and more.
  • Coordinating the efforts of the internal teams to continually deliver value for our clients and maximise the impact we have on their businesses.
  • Managing client and senior stakeholder expectations throughout the full lifespan of the campaigns by effectively communicating performance updates alongside commercial insights that impact both Mediaworks and our clients’ businesses.
  • Building trusted relationships with client stakeholders, understanding their market and business needs, and being able to proactively identify new opportunities that will drive revenue growth and maximise profitability for Mediaworks and our clients.

The Person

Ideally you'll have:

  • A minimum of two years’ experience in a client-facing or strategic role, ideally within a digital marketing agency.
  • Experience working with digital marketing channels including, PPC and SEO.
  • A natural ability for building effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • A proven track record of onboarding new clients and scaling the partnership by increasing investment levels and broadening the scope of the services you provided the client.
  • An aptitude for solving problems and the confidence to influence and engage in the decision-making process.
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team while managing multiple clients and projects.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to articulate insights clearly and confidently.
  • A strong desire to learn by continually training and pursuing personal development opportunities.
  • A great attitude and willingness to support colleagues and contribute to a positive team spirit.
  • A passion to train and share skills with other team members and departments.

Senior Account Managers

We’re also recruiting Senior Account Managers. If you think you fit the bill, you should have;

  • A minimum of three years’ experience in a client-facing or strategic role, within a digital marketing agency.
  • Experience managing PPC, SEO campaigns and ideally, Design and Development projects.
  • Experience managing and nurturing junior talent. Direct line management is preferable.
  • A proven track record of scaling and retaining partnerships within your current role.
