SEO Consultant

Our SEO Consultants play a crucial role in driving our clients’ organic performance. They help identify our clients’ SEO opportunities from the first day they are onboarded with us. They have a broad knowledge of each aspect of search, however they are particularly strong in technical, strategic, and on-site SEO disciplines.

You will be able to lead and communicate regularly with the account team to help everyone understand how we are performing and how each of their efforts are contributing to the client’s overall search performance.

The Role

We have the perfect opportunity for a motivated, experienced SEO Consultant to join our team and work with us on a range of client projects.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Leading and directing the SEO account teams and ensure all team members understand the client’s SEO performance and the strategy you have helped set
  • Taking charge of client’s technical and content roadmaps – define monthly workflows and how this ties into wider account activity
  • Externally, be the main SEO contact for client teams and help them understand the business/commercial benefits of our proposed SEO activity
  • Alongside Account Directors & Project Managers, be involved in creating client roadmaps and regularly check in on progress across all SEO activity
  • Know your client’s organic landscape better than anyone else; understand their challenges, what the key opportunities for growth are and what role SEO plays in their marketing activity
  • Be genuinely passionate and excited about the activity and the results we’re delivering for our clients; share these updates with the rest of the agency at every opportunity

When you join our crew you get a platform to shine ⭐ ... and a competitive salary and bonus scheme, 25 days annual leave with the option to buy more (plus public holidays and your birthday off), social activities and office events including our famous monthly breakfast buffets, as well as a range of wellbeing options, a personal development plan, and more!

The Person

Ideally you'll have:

  • An in depth understanding of search engine optimisation and relevant tracking & research tools
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • An analytical mind and strong commercial awareness, with excellent problem-solving skills and the willingness to own a problem and deliver a solution
  • A high attention to detail with the ability to deliver above-standard documentation and the confidence to self-motivate and manage your own workload.

And fantastic if you also have;

  • Strong communication skills
  • A great attitude and willingness to support colleagues and contribute to a positive team spirit
  • The ability to work independently to your own initiative
  • A passion to train and share skills with other team members and departments
