This role sits within the wider BBC Technology Group and we own the strategy, roadmap, design, development and support of the BBC’s enterprise wide/corporate systems including Finance, Procurement, Treasury, HR and Resource Scheduling. We work closely with our key stakeholders to understand their needs and then manage a range of projects to meet those needs.
The HR Product Team are responsible for all the strategy and support of HR systems at the BBC including SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, Resourcing systems, Contingent Worker applications, and a large number of other HR applications that underpin the insourced HR Service Centre operations including HR Case management systems.

Your role reports in to the SuccessFactors Product Owner. We're a fast paced, passionate and highly driven team. Our team work across the current SuccessFactors platform managing the roadmap, changes and incidents of all implemented modules. We support the full SF Talent suite, Learning, Recruitment, Onboarding as well extension products. There is also opportunity to be involved in exciting projects across the SuccessFactors platform and wider HR system landscape. You'll be highly motivated, passionate about the BBC and great at building strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. You'll ensure the delivery of the best possible service and user experience to our customers both inside the BBC and externally.
