Paid Search Consultant

We are looking for a driven and experienced Paid Search Consultant to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in managing paid search strategies, and is eager to exceed the performance expectations of our largest e-commerce and lead generation clients.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Acting as a strategic lead to Paid Media Executives, guiding them in their roles and helping to develop their skills.
  • Facilitate flawless execution of plans by fostering strong relationships with all client stakeholders and platform partners, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor.
  • Harness technology to maximise operational efficiencies, identify process improvement opportunities, and implement best practices within the team.
  • Oversee performance reporting, automation, testing roadmaps, search innovation, and finance processes, providing guidance to Paid Media Executives.
  • Attend client meetings, deliver strategies to stakeholders, and manage international and award-winning PPC campaigns.
  • Stay abreast of advances in Pay Per Click Marketing and further areas of Online Marketing, and ensure the team's adherence to paid search channel best practices.

Ideally you'll have:

  • A minimum of two years' experience in PPC, with a strong understanding of primary platforms such as Google and Microsoft Ads.
  • Demonstrates excellent data analysis skills, with a deep understanding of both the strategic and tactical application of paid search in the broader context of digital marketing.
  • Has experience in feed management, or at least a comprehensive understanding of its critical role in the operations of e-commerce businesses.
  • Has demonstrated experience in mentoring or developing others within the team, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages growth and knowledge sharing.
  • Strong proficiency in productivity tools, including Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, as well as Google Sheets, Slides, and Docs.
  • Brings a genuine passion for marketing and advertising, with a keen interest in campaign management and a drive to contribute significantly to successful outcomes.
  • Strong time management skills with an ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, complemented by a highly analytical mind and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Maintains a commercially focused approach with a strategic mindset, poised to play a key role in driving growth and enhancing the performance marketing team.
