Job Description

  • Technical subject matter expert.
  • Plan, design, estimate, develop and implement Power Platform solutions based on established patterns and best practices, working with development teams as well as directly -with customers.
  • Lead technical development teams across different customer accounts, take ownership of deliverables and be responsible for the technical quality of the team’s output, enforcing standards.
  • Liaise directly with customers to gather/refine requirements.
  • Assist in driving the adoption of cloud solutions using the Power Platform and provide technical advice to team members.


  • Demonstratable project experience developing solutions using the Power Platform (Power Apps Model Driven and Canvas Apps, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents).
  • Comprehensive understanding of Non-Functional Requirements.
  • Experience developing solutions using Dynamics 365 first-party applications.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Development experience using Microsoft stack (.NET/C#/TypeScript/SQL Server).
  • Experience in implementing and using other data stores (SQL/SharePoint/Lists).
  • Experience working with testing strategies and tools for Power Platform solutions.
  • Experience working with ALM strategies for the Power Platform.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and working in DevOps teams.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps (or similar tools) for CI/CD and backlog/progress tracking.
  • Experience integrating PowerApps solutions with APIs or third-party solutions.
  • Experience with the wider Microsoft 365 platform including SharePoint, Forms, Teams.
  • Eligible for SC Clearance .
