We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to help deliver the Society’s programme of change, in particular supporting the launch and growth of a new area of the business. This will include working across various Projects/Workstreams that will require IT, Brand, Product and Business Transformation expertise to support the Business through a period of growth and change.
You will bring project management skills and expertise to change interventions ensuring execution is managed in line with time, quality, and cost expectations, providing skilled project management expertise to a range of business areas to deliver our purpose driven strategy. Liaises with the managing Portfolio Lead to ensure Portfolio alignment and awareness of escalating risks.
You will be expected to take ownership of all assigned projects, following selected methodologies and processes. You will have the ability to articulate project progress and issues to all stakeholders and manage issues as they arise with a co-operative approach. A sound knowledge of project management methodologies is necessary.
It is expected that you have great attention to detail, with excellent organisation and planning skills, whilst being able to present written information in a structured and balanced way.
We are looking for a confident and capable communicator with the ability to engage effectively with internal and client stakeholders.
Whilst knowledge of financial services is desirable, we can upskill you on our systems and share with you our vast industry knowledge.
