A developer in this role will be responsible for creating and onboarding new project teams, integrating them into the client’s organisation, and providing a clear vision of the project and product. You must be confident facilitating information and communication exchange between external groups and the project team, and monitoring project progress, providing timely feedback, and driving a culture of agility and learning.

We are looking for developers with a combination of the following skills, and encourage all applicants, even if you don’t tick all the boxes. • 8+ years development experience • Strong demonstrable experience in developing highly performant and data-intensive applications in React (other JavaScript libraries and frameworks such as Angular, a bonus) • A deep understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript (ES5 & ES6+) good understanding of Front-end Software Development - HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Performance, Responsive • experience with working with RESTful APIs (NoSQL/GraphQL/Websockets a bonus) • familiarity with modern front-end build tools and pipelines • understanding of UI/UX best practices and principles • experience with Front-end testing frameworks • experience with Accessibility is a bonus • exposure to Agile development (Scrum/Kanban).
