● As our in-house BI Data Analyst, you will work as part of our emerging Insights Team, supporting colleagues in Sales, Customer Success and Product functions as well as Wordnerds’ customers. ● Your objective will be to take the outputs from the Wordnerds SaaS platform — the volume and sentiment of issues alongside metadata relating to the user/case — and find new and effective ways of understanding, visualising and articulating the insights in as automated a way as possible using BI tools (especially Power BI). ● This is a brand new role for Wordnerds. The right candidate will be excited by the opportunity to redesign from the ground up our existing reporting function, enhancing the outputs of what we do with the introduction of statistical methodologies (Logistic Regression, Random Forest, K Nearest Neighbour etc.). ● This is a key hire for us at an important inflection-point in our continued scaling journey.
● Excellent understanding of, and experience with, Power BI (or similar). Ability to import, manipulate and query data, create dashboards etc. ● Familiarity with common statistical models and data analytics techniques (Correlation, Regression, Decision Tree etc.)
● Ability to code in Python, SQL and/or R ● Experience with Amazon Redshift or similar ● Ability to create and maintain data products that enable customers and stakeholders to self-serve data
