As a UX Researcher, you will play a key role in shaping the user experience of our product. You will work closely with cross-functional teams within the product and insights and wider business, including research managers, product managers and developers to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces. Your creative problem-solving skills, user-centric approach and extensive research expertise will be crucial in helping tombola achieve its vision of being the World’s Biggest Bingo Brand.
UX/UI Design: Collaborating with research and development team members, product managers, engineers, and others to understand the problem you’re trying to solve. Designing user journeys, layouts, and experiences.
Research:
Conducting extensive research to inform data-driven designs through usability testing, A/B testing, our in-house player panel surveys and other research methodologies to ensure our products meet the highest standards of user satisfaction and performance.
Developing and implementing comprehensive research plans to gather user insights and drive design decisions.
Analysing and synthesising research findings to generate actionable insights and recommendations.
Conducting competitive analysis and benchmarking to understand market trends and user expectations.
Creating user personas, journey maps and other artifacts to communicate research findings and design recommendations.
Staying up-to-date with the latest UX research methods, tools and best practices.

Proven experience in UX/UI design, with a portfolio highlighting your work and design process.
Extensive experience in UX research, including conducting usability testing, A/B testing, and other research methodologies.
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma or similar.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and explain design decisions to diverse audiences.
Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
Experience working with a range of stakeholders and communicating at all levels of the organisation.
