About the role

We’ve a great new opportunity to become our Digital Product Analyst. You’ll be working on our customer facing websites and apps, supporting strategic digital propositions, helping us to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve our goalsbusiness objectives. You’ll be working closely with the Digital Experience Manager to define, validate and elaborate requirements, along with promoting a user-centred approach to product development and supporting the process , using valuable insight of business processescustomer journeys, data and systems analysis.

You’ll be responsible for our Digital product definition, elaborate requirements and establish measurement approaches for the target solution, through driving and owning the definition of requirements, with the digital and development teams including research and design functions, to create user stories that meet the definition of ready for development.

We’re looking for you to be our expert in customer desirability to inform and shape a best-in-class digital experience, along with engaging with stakeholders to seek answers and convey complex ideas, requiring a natural curiosity as well as being able to identify and consult with peers, colleagues and process specialists. You’ll provide the right level of detail on requirements to facilitate estimation.

You’ll be working with the product teams and business to understand high level requirements, taking an active role in understanding problems or opportunities and business drivers, long with providing sufficient detail within the high-level requirements to facilitate initial estimation and sizing.

You’ll be simplifying and improving the customer experience and making sure that our digital products provide an unrivalled experience for all our customers’ needs.

About you

This is a fantastic opportunity for an innovative digital specialist to join our Digital Experience team and have a significant impact on our customer journeys when using our digital products.

With your customer and digital expertise, you’ll be able to support your team in taking customers through a journey of discovery, design and validation.

You’ll have great experience of writing user stories, as well as functional and technical requirements for digital services. It would be great if you had experience of business or process analysisservice design, along with Agile ways of working, ideally within a Scrum/Kanban delivery team.

We’re looking for you toIdea;lly, you will have proven experience in using and setting up digital analytics tools is ideal. Also being able to build solid working relationships with peers and senior leadership is key to being a success.

You’ll have great problem solving and strategic thinking skills while leveraging insight and other sources of information to build business intelligence, along with the ability to work on your own initiative, setting priorities and working to defined deadlines.
