Are you a strategic thinker with a strong analytical approach to user-centric design? We could have the opportunity for you! We're looking for a UX Analyst to join our team and drive data-informed decisions for exceptional user experiences. Working closely with clients and internal teams, you'll analyse user behaviour and feedback and provide strategic insights to shape the direction of our digital products.
Note: We work from the office 3 days per week and are based near the Metro Centre in Gateshead.
You'll be responsible for: Defining the UX vision, strategy, and roadmaps for digital products and translating user insights into design recommendations. Aligning UX strategies with business goals, ensuring a balance between user needs and organisational objectives. Presenting findings and strategic recommendations to leadership, helping guide product design and development decisions. Conducting user research using a range of methods and analysing user feedback and behaviour patterns to identify areas for improvement. Developing user personas and journey maps to communicate user motivations and enhance the user experience across digital channels.

Ideally you'll have: Experience in UX in a marketing agency, tech consultancy, or other professional services environment (desirable). A degree or equivalent knowledge in a UX/UI Design, Project Management, Psychology, Strategy or related subject. Practical understanding of Agile methodologies and software such as Jira, GA4, Hotjar/Clarity, or similar. A natural talent and proven ability for analysing data, solving problems, and crafting user-centric strategies. An organised style of working that helps you manage deadlines and priorities clearly and effectively. Exceptional speaking and facilitation skills, able to explain objectives and requirements clearly and concisely and transform complex ideas into engaging narratives. Excellent ability to maintain high standards of work, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to client briefs. A strong desire to learn by continually training and pursuing personal development opportunities.
