About the Role

Our in-house Development department provides a unique opportunity to work within one of our cross functional scrum teams working towards iterations of internally developed software. You will work alongside Product Owners, Developers, UX and Test Automation Engineers whilst gaining exposure to all layers from upfront design to continuous deployment pipelines.

The team creates software that supports our customers, clients and colleagues with anything from secure customer facing web applications to external API integrations. We are looking for individuals who have the ambition and drive to contribute to the overall team delivery and goals.

As a Software Developer you will be responsible for developing and delivering secure software solutions using modern software tools and practices in a product-led environment. The role offers a strong development pathway with support from your colleagues to ensure you have the right tools and focus to set you up for success.

The Tech Stack:

.Net Core - .Net 8, C#, ASP.Net, Blazor Azure, Web API Microsoft Visual Studio CI/CD, AzureDevOps, Git, Docker, Kubernetes and Octopus Deploy Microsoft SQL Server / Azure Cosmos MongoDB HTML, JavaScript, JSON, REST

About You

We are looking for a Software Developer with the ability to collaborate constructively to understand requirements and technical designs, whilst taking responsibility for items of the backlog, aligning to technical standards and growing strong domain knowledge. Knowledge of the entire tech stack is not mandatory.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to put their growing Software Development expertise into practice in a challenging and fast-paced environment.

You will have:

Experience in developing web applications and APIs A strong focus on collaboration and communication
Exposure to working with cross functional teams Experience working within the Microsoft .Net stack
