We're looking for someone keen to develop a career in operations in a dynamic agency environment. You'll spend your first year learning the inside workings of an agency, gaining commercial knowledge, and becoming a scheduling system pro!
If you're keen to keep studying, we'll also support you through a degree apprenticeship.
Note: We work from the office 3 days per week and are based near the Metro Centre in Gateshead.
The role You'll be responsible for: Coordinating the schedules of multiple teams, working in partnership with account managers, delivery teams, and project managers. Supporting the overall successful scheduling of marketing campaigns to ensure clients expectations are met and workloads are planned effectively. Helping to keep stakeholders updated by managing a central email account. Ensuring our systems are kept up to date and accurate, and supporting with reporting activities.

The person Ideally you'll have: A-levels or a degree in a Business-related subject, or equivalent knowledge A natural ability for organising and coordinating An aptitude for solving problems and a desire to support and learn from others. Outstanding written and oral communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret and review commercial data.
