About the Role

As a Microsoft 365 Functional Specialist, you’ll play an instrumental role in leveraging technology to deliver Modern Workplace services through the Microsoft 365 platform, elevating productivity, fostering collaboration, enhancing user experience, and concurrently upholding industry-leading security and legal best practices.

You’ll be responsible for developing, maintaining, supporting and optimising key functional areas within the platform, ensuring the stable operation, governance and capacity management of the platform. Furthermore, the role includes the delivery of innovative products and services with a strategic mindset and hands-on approach to enhance the organisational workflows, converting from internal systems into suitable MS365 Power applications running in the cloud.

Collaboration with internal technology SME’s and cross-functional business teams will be key to ensure contribution to an ever-evolving transformational journey in domains such as productivity, collaboration software, End User Computing, Mobile Device Management, Mobile Application Management, data management, and analytics.

About You

You’ll have in-depth knowledge of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, application and services; including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange, and Power Platform, alongside delivery, implementation and management experience of Microsoft

Modern Workplace services including Microsoft 365 E5 application stack.

Demonstrable proficiency in implementing workflow automation using tools like Power Automate and Power Apps to streamline business processes is essential, as is a diverse working knowledge of general networking and server based IT Skills.
