Are you an experienced Marketing Manager looking to join a vibrant agency to deliver great work and develop great talent? We could have the perfect opportunity for you!

We're looking for an ambitious and collaborative marketing professional to lead on delivering our marketing communications plan. You'll support and develop our small but perfectly formed Marketing and Communications team, and work closely with teams across the agency to further enhance our brand internally and externally.

Note: We have a hybrid approach and work in the office 3 days a week, based near the Metro Centre in Gateshead.

The role

You'll be responsible for:

Leading and developing the internal marketing and communications team. Delivering the marketing roadmap, including coordination of outputs against our content and event calendars. Coordinating and managing campaigns, measuring impact and identifying opportunities to accelerate success. Ensuring effective targeting and communication for new and existing clients. Supporting client touch points to ensure awareness, interest, and client experience are all optimised. Ensuring high quality content is published for defined audiences, delivered across relevant social channels to drive reach and engagement. Collaborating with teams across the group to ensure effective coordination, management, and follow-through on all agency marketing activity and events

The person

Ideally you'll have:

Over 4 years' experience in a marketing role, managing marketing activities and demonstrating ambitious results. Excellent knowledge of digital marketing and the benefits of such services to business growth. At least 2 years' experience managing and developing more junior team members. Critical thinking skills proven through your ability to identify, organise, and manage commercially sound and creative marketing activities. High attention to detail with a focus on producing high-quality marketing material. Natural organisational skills; able to prioritise and manage the work of yourself and others to meet deadlines without compromising on standards. Excellent communication skills, able to influence and update stakeholders at all levels of the organisation. A strong desire to learn by continually training and pursuing personal development opportunities A great attitude and willingness to support colleagues and contribute to a positive team spirit A passion to train and share skills with other team members and departments
