Working closely with our Marketing, Strategy, and internal delivery teams, you'll establish yourself as a key contact for all things digital marketing.

A sound understanding of business success drivers and a natural ability to connect with others, you'll play a pivotal role in bringing the relevant people together to create exciting digital solutions that accelerate the impact of regional organisations.

This is an ideal role for someone keen to develop a commercial career, who thrives off learning from and connecting with others, and is experienced in coordinating an end-to-end process through to successful completion.

The role

You'll be responsible for:

Reaching out to prospects to learn more about their business challenges and identify ways we can help them. Developing a network of trusted relationships and new business prospects. Researching and identifying potential clients. Facilitating in-person meetings and leading proactively on outbound calls and emails to contact prospective clients. Taking a strategic, consultative sales approach to identify and understand client needs effectively. Organising internal teams and external contacts throughout the sales process in an engaging and effective way. Maintaining excellent data hygiene and regularly providing data-driven recommendations using sales and marketing insight. Representing the company at industry events and networking events.

The person

Ideally you'll have:

A proven track record in building credible relationships. Great negotiation skills and strong listening skills. A good understanding of the digital marketing landscape, though we're happy to teach you this bit if you're transferring from another industry. Exceptional communication and social intelligence skills. Excellent time management and organisational skills. High attention to detail and a conscientious approach to work. A strong desire to learn and continually develop. A flexible and adaptable approach to work. A great attitude and willingness to support colleagues and contribute to a positive team spirit. A passion to train and share skills with other team members and departments.
